Subclass 482 Temporary Skills Shortage Visa

It has three streams: short-term, medium-term, and labor agreement. To be eligible, you must be sponsored by an approved sponsor, possess the necessary skills, and prove English language proficiency. The average processing time is 9 months, and eligibility may lead to permanent residency. Health examinations and meeting health and character requirements are mandatory.
- Short-Term Stream:
- Live and work in Australia temporarily.
- Eligible for permanent residency if nominated for an occupation on STSOL.

- Medium-Term Stream:
